Where is San Residency located?
San Residency is located at Chungam, Mini Bypass Road, West Hill, Kozhikode, Kerala 673005 — near the Govt. Guest House and Military Canteen. We are a 5-minute drive from Kozhikode Railway Station, 20 minutes from Calicut International Airport, and close to major hospitals including Meitra, Baby Memorial, and Aster MIMS.
Are Pets Allowed
We regret that pets are not permitted at San Residency.
Check-in/out
What are the check-in and check-out times? A: Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability.
How many guests can the apartment accommodate, and what are the bed arrangements?
Each apartment has 2 bedrooms, with one Queen Bed (5ft × 6ft) in each room, comfortably sleeping 2 adults per bedroom — 4 adults in total across both rooms. For larger groups, additional single beds (2.5ft × 6ft) can be arranged on request to accommodate up to a maximum of 7 adults per apartment. Please note that bedding (mattress, pillows, and blankets) is provided only for the number of guests in your official reservation. Any additional bedding requested upon arrival will be charged at ₹250 per set. Kindly update your reservation if your group size changes before arrival.
Do you offer discounts for long stays?

Is the party hall available for events?
Yes — our party hall accommodates up to 50 adults and is available for birthday parties, family functions, and corporate meetings. Rates start at ₹4,000 for a 3-hour minimum.
